Due to server restrictions, we cannot create a BikeSummer 2001 bulletin board. We think that a bulletin board
is very important to let people bring up ideas or ask questions about the festivities. As a result, we are
going to ressurect the bulletin board used for BikeSummer 1999 San Francisco. This will be the official
Vancouver 2001 board until further notice.
