Veloastronomy

Astronomers at the Institute for Veloastronomy recently announced the discovery of this constellation, tentatively named Cyclistus Majoricus. The new constellation clearly depicts a bicyclist, complete with a helmet and front- and tail-lights. "The prominent position and tremendous size of Cyclistus Majoricus clearly indicates the fundamental importance of the bicycle in the Universe," said Dr. Taylor of the Institute. "This is heavenly proof that bicycles are light years ahead of current transportation modes." Cyclistus Majoricus is primarily a winter constellation, lying near the better-known constellation Orion, but is sometimes visible at night during late summer.
