Host a visiting cyclist

Have a space for a new friend or two?

Would you like to host a cyclist from out-of-town for Bikesummer 99? Many cyclists will be coming to San Francisco for the month of August, and some will need places to stay. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and share cycling experiences, good times, and biking tips. We are looking for people in the San Francisco/Bay Area who are willing to volunteer space in their apartments or houses to accommodate people.

Only people who really do not mind some strangers/semi strangers staying in their homes should reply. If you want to do it, you should really be committed, and be certain that you are going to be here at the end of July and the month of August, when Bikesummer get underway. Please submit the following information, and we will coordinate introductions with prospective hosts and visitors, so you can work out arrangements everyone is comfortable with. You are under no obligation to provide space if you choose not to.

1. Your name.
2. Your address and phone number and/or email.
3. What type of accommodation can you provide? (For example: extra rooms, floors, etc.)
4. How many guests are your willing to host?
5. What dates you can you host a guest?
6. How many days can you provide accommodations?
7. Any other pertinent information.
